The status bar says "This folder was last updated at " It appears that I'm still receiving email. All four of my privacy settings are set to send information to Microsoft. I downloaded and ran the Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant. I've tried rebooting, starting Outlook in safe mode, removing my credentials in Credentials Manager, turning off the firewall, and turning off antispam. I input the correct password, but it says its invalid. The first time it asked for a password it worked, but since then it has been asking for a password with a different dialog box. I'm trying to add my work email to Outlook. I'm guessing that it runs on Exchange 2010 or 2013 but I'm not sure. My work account is Outlook Web App, and people only access it through a browser. I already tried asking in an Outlook forum.
